How does the process work when I contact Access Norway consulting?
It starts with a free consultation where we review your situation and identify the registrations and services relevant to your business. If you choose to proceed, we enter into an agreement and provide a clear overview of the process, including the information and documentation required for your registrations and compliance obligations. You are responsible for collecting and providing the required documentation, and we will guide you on exactly what is needed. Once we receive the necessary documents, we prepare and submit the relevant applications and communicate with the Norwegian authorities on your behalf. The overall processing time depends largely on how quickly the required documentation can be provided, as well as the processing times of the relevant Norwegian authorities. Do you only help with initial setup or also ongoing compliance?
Both. While many companies contact us for help with establishing their business in Norway, we also provide ongoing compliance and administrative support throughout their operations. Our ongoing services can include VAT reporting, tax and compliance assistance, employee registrations, HSE administration, salary reports, communication with the Norwegian authorities and acting as your VAT representative where required. As your business grows or your projects change, we help ensure that your registrations and compliance obligations remain up to date.
What languages do you communicate in?
We communicate primarily in English and Norwegian. English is our standard working language for client communication, while Norwegian is used for correspondence with the Norwegian authorities, official forms and documentation. For VAT-related matters, we can also communicate in Dutch and French.
